EMBDEN EGGS? I just need some info on what is the proper way to store goose eggs after you get them from the nest? They are going to be eatened. First if they are clean, I put them right into the refrigerator. I only use water and a light brushing "IF" there is dried poop on them. Do you put anything on the outside after you clean them up? My egg shells seam to want to break into tiny pieces as I hit them on the edge of the skillet to get a starter point to insert my fingers to help pull it apart. Maybe I should break them in a separate bowl and then quickly put them in skillet? The membranes are very thick and strong? Is there a process that you do after you collect them? How long do goose eggs stay fresh? My eggs are a couple weeks old but they look and taste great when I crack them open. Thanks, Chris
