There's a lady I've seen a few times in the city not wearing appropriate clothing for the weather. Apparently she's well known in the homeless/addict circles as Pantless Patty.

Had a friend in high school who was from Alaska who dressed similarly in inclement weather.

I say either he's from the Arctic Circle or it's laundry day.

Not to start a new controversy but the Bermuda triangle probably has many definitions.
I always heard it was Bermuda (of course), Orlando, FL and El Morro castle in San Juan, PR.
