Yes! Or, to be clearer, you do not even need to be funny. You just need to be kind. Funny is just a plus, but not a necessity.

Although #2 should be altered just a bit. You can be unattractive physically, but do not be an unattractive person. There is a difference.

For example, my sister is considered to be very pretty. But right off the mark people will say she is ugly because her personality is ugly. I am as ugly as one can get, but my personality shows through immediately. I am fun, and I let people know it before they come up to me.

The customer that called me that is a returning customer who always finds me. And she is the absolute most horrendous being I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Yet, I wait on her every single time so that my boss and the younguns do not have to deal with her crap.
