How do you tell the difference between molting and feather picking? 99% sure it's feather picking, but I'm holding out on the 1% chance my chickens aren't being aholes to each other. And how do I get them to stop?

Looks more reddish than it actually us because of the lighting. This is the first time I've noticed her bum is bare

She's looked like this for several weeks

She used to look like the RIR above but it's much more significant now
