I switched from weekends to Sundays and Tuesdays. I apparently work best alone, because those are the only 2 days of the week that there is only 1 dishwasher, and Sundays are non-stop movement. This past week I worked Tuesday and both weekend days and racked up more hours in those 3 days than my sister did working all week at her full-time job.
I started working Tuesdays regularly on June 4th. This is all new to me.
Though I do love being their on-call dishwasher and maybe new on-call line cook. It pays to live so close and not have too much of a life. 
No one and nothing beats Johnny Cash.
