When I’m on my phone on the app it does that constantly. I’ve grown accustomed to it. It doesn’t do it on the computer.I’ve been trying to start a thread but every few letters the keyboard will go away as if I had finished. It’s already happened 4 times, nope...5 now. Do we have a glitch? (6)
Hi, sorry you're having this issue.I’ve been trying to start a thread but every few letters the keyboard will go away as if I had finished. It’s already happened 4 times, nope...5 now. Do we have a glitch? (6)
Gonna start here...Trying restarting your phone (for an Apple, that means holding down the home button and Power button-or for a phone without a home button, the top volume button an power button- until it turns all the way off and you see the Apple icon.
Sometimes devices just need to “rest” for a few minutes. I very often have sudden glitches that go away in seconds by restarting. Sometimes my camera goes black, or my apps crash. It just needs to take a minute and “sleep”
...then go with this if still necessary.Hi, sorry you're having this issue.
Please do the following:
1) Read this thread on how to troubleshoot and report issues: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/how-to-troubleshoot-report-problems.1173246/
2) If the troubleshooting tips don't help, start a new thread and please include as much detail as possible about your problem, for example:
• Are you on a computer, tablet, phone.
• If phone / mobile, which model? If computer, which operating system and version?
• Which browser and version are you using (eg., Chrome 58.0.3029, Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 8, etc.)
• Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
• Have you tested a different browser (this helps us isolate if the problem is browser related or not)?
• What EXACTLY did you do? Document the steps you took before having the problem.
• Copy/Paste the exact error message you received (screenshots are best).
Thanks, and we look forward to getting your problem fixed!
