My birds are fixin to be 18 and 20 weeks old. It has been in the triple digits for two weeks now, at this rate, even when they're ready, it will be too hot and they won't lay

We've been in the 104 range for the past few days, and my red SL is still laying. (But we don't have the humidity you do) None of the others have started though.
 
I don't mind the heat, but I think the chickens do.

and I grew up on the east coast, so the humidity here is NOTHING compared to what I grew up with.

I'd rather be hot than cold any day (cold to me is 60 and below)
