Who has teens that are getting ready to lay? There was a thread like this last year and we all posted when our girls first laid and a pic of the egg, their age and breed and some posted pics of the girl that laid it. Figured I have some that are (hopefully) getting close so maybe start another one for this year. It is fun to see when everyone's start laying.
I would start but mine haven't started yet. They are in the coop all the time but they are in the coop playing non stop so I can't go by that and a few like to check out/play in the nest boxes so can't really go by that. my older ones didn't go in the next boxes until they were gearing up to lay. But I have a couple that have large red combs so thinking they may be close!
