@Ilovemychicks08 do you have pics of your girl that laid that? Is she a true Ameraucana? I thought I got some Ameraucanas this year but they were EEs... Ha.
She was mostly americauna but she wasnt pure. Here is the last picture I got of her. Sadly we had to get rid of her because she was being a bully. She went to a good friend of ours and she is doing great there though.

Thanks, she was the first one to start laying. She was also the one that I picked out of the bin at the store first. At least I know I did what was best for her.

just realized my girls turn 7 mo in 2 weeks (they are actually 29 weeks now. LOL) and my 2 Brahma's STILL haven't started laying even though from what I read it should have been between 6-7 mo. :( My 2 that are laying started laying on the early side. Guessing no one else is going to do that. Lazy girls! One has had a nice red comb and wattles for months now and it has been a mo or maybe more since I noticed her pelvic bones were wider..... Thinking her and Annabelle (who has had red comb and wattles forever now it seems) are never going to lay for me. haahaaa.

My light brama didn start laying till 24-25 weeks. And she had a bright red comb at least 2 months before she started laying. We also had an americauna who never lays she is about 32 weeks old.
