I was making potato salad and figured I was going to chop the eggs up so it didn't really matter if they were fresh or aged. Also I don't have any aged eggs in the fridge! So, I boiled fresh eggs. Did NOTHING special at all. Water, put in eggs, boil. Remove from heat. Put in cold water until cool. Every. Single. Egg. Peeled. Perfectly. Had I been wanting to make deviled eggs not one of those little jewels would have peeled without a mess! I know it! It is a conspiracy by the hens!
