:Guys - i got a Sausage making machine for my birthday and i really want to have a go at using it! I want to make some italian style preserved Sausages in which i can hang for a couple of months to enjoy with some nice blue cheese and some cool merlot in the summer........!!!
Could anyone help me out with a proper measured recipe? i will post photos for all to see once i have something to make! never know i may even send you a stick if it turns out!
