I never add salt here I add many spices to our food.
Jalapeno, cloves, pepper , cellery seed, garlic. Let's see oregeno, anything else I can grab and of course green onion ... Love seasonings they can make a meal

Very true Penny. Salt is something I do add, though most often at the table.

That works best for us too. I don’t need the salt my husband does because I’m working inside. That guy is a salt lick when he gets home from work in summer from all the sweat he puts out in the heat. His skin feels like he’s been at the beach all day.

I'm going to town tomorrow, so I'm going to pick up some smoked salmon and make my salmon & corn chowder soup! As to the salt I add it when I'm cooking and if anyone wants more they can add it at the table! I'm also a taste as I go cook...sometimes you just need to add something extra...
