Ivermectin Questions

Thanks, but it's not molt. The 4 girls have had this off and on for over a year now. It looks like it clears up, then you see it again for weeks. One hen and the roo are molting now, but the non-molting hens still have the white butt stuff.

Do you know anyone with a camera? We really need to see a picture.
 
For those wishing to use pour on ivermectin the max dose is 1 mg/kg. per pound that = 0.09 ml per pound, or 0.45 ml for a five pound chicken.

The 1% injectable dose is half those numbers.
Hi, sorry to revive an old thread, but I just wanted to clarify; it would be 0.045ml per pound of the 1% injectable ivermectin to treat worms? (Using it orally)

I have a hen who I think has worms, I’m going to order safeguard, but I wanted to start treatment asap and I have the ivermectin on hand, I usually use it orally for pigeons at 0.08ml per 250g pigeon.
