Ivomec for scaly leg mite? Dose? Egg withdrawal time?

My flock has scaly leg mite which I understand responds best to Ivomec. I have the cattle injectable 1% solution. I plan on treating the coop with Sevin. I have bantams and regular size chickens. I got rid of most of my affected birds, but want to treat everyone so I don't get the problem back.

apply that topically to the lesions on the leg ... let soak in and then "dip" leg in baby oil/mineral oil.
after 24-36 hours, gently scrub the leg with a disinfectant soap... rinse let dry then repeat.
