I have one lonely chick left from the three that made it out over the weekend, got in touch with a lady who always seems to have broody hens, has one that's been sitting on a golf ball for two weeks because she was unable to get fertile eggs from her supplier.. She coming to pick up the chick this evening to slide under the determined broody! So happy it will not be lonely and have a momma to care for it. she offered me a few chicks from a hen set to hatch this weekend, but I decided I didn't want to take babies from a momma, this works best

Saving eggs to set another batch this weekend, moved the incubator back into the spare room where the room temp can be better stabilized...Got to get this down before I get the call the Turkey eggs are ready

I order bourbon red turkey eggs months ago....wanting me a Max wanna be so bad!

I hatched a peachick last summer....oh I loved that baby....she was like Max followed me around etc....I let her go out to early!!!

I'm open to selling eggs. I'm sure I can do a great job on packaging (kind of OCD about that). I first should ask where are you located? Do you want to see my hatch first? I'm getting worried...REALLY worried about this after seeing all the problems that can happen. No wonder they say, "don't count your chickens before they hatch"!

I'm located in Ohio! Right up by Cleveland. I would love to see yours hatch first, kind of have to as I promised someone I would hatch out a group of B&C Maran chicks next so they could get a pullet from me if there was more than one! But I may be interested in another ameraucana batch in the future!

I'm on the list from three folks who raise Naggs in my area, or within a few hours anyways... Should be hearing from them within the next month or so .... Cant wait to get some Turkeys out here, I love those birds!!

I was joking.  That is my turkey's, Max's, head.  He is always standing on the other side of my computer leaning over to check out what I'm reading.   If you turn it upside down you can probably recognize the shape of his head.

Hahaha! I kept thinking maybe it was a cat's paw, but I couldn't make sense of the shape! Too funny.

I have a dozen OEG eggs and one egg from my Naked Neck hen and the other from my Buff Orpington hen not sure whose the father of them two though. They look enormous against the OEG eggs. lols
