I just lowered my temp seeing you 102.5 that's looming like it's going to hold at 100 on the inside thermometers.

Soylent, where did your mystery eggs come from? Mine are light to medium brown too, but they're my own cross. I think its a really cool idea to use a PID. I never even considered using the PID I use to run my smoker, but its perfect for the job. BTW, congrats on getting so many to lock down.
I've got my incubator set at 104.5 to get the thermometers close to 100. I took the thermometer out that was reading much higher and put it over my digital house thermostat to check it compared to it. It was 4 degrees higher than the house. I pulled the thermometer do inside the cardboard which the markings are on to match it and put it back in the incubator. I'm having a hard time believing I should have the inubator set so hot and also that 3 out of 4 thermomters were together and the one that wasn't was not matching the house thermostat I adjusted and now all 4 show the same. Anyone have a Farm Innovators 4250 that is that far out of calibration. The digital display is now showing 46% after opening it to put the thermometer back in.
Locking down tonight... ITS THE FINAL COUNTDOOOWN!
I am a little nervous about hatch rate I think they are looking right but Not totally sure this.is my first time.
Well, I just candled the eggs under my broody and none of them are developing.I might get her 1 or 2 chicks and put them under her at night, so she doesn't feel bad or anything.
