Jersey Giant Roo?

What do we think? 7-8 week old cockerel I’m going to be picking up that looks to me like a Black Jersey Giant. Any one agree/disagree?

It's a cockerel alright. As for breed, BJG sounds probable, it could also be a black australorp, but I'm not experienced enough in either to tell that apart

Not sure uts BJG. Looks like white in earlobes, which is a DQ if showing BJG. Also, tail isn’t BJG. Body seems too slender for BJG male at this age. All BJG I’ve had from an exhibition line had large frames, as compared to other chicks. So, when picking them up, their skeletal frame was larger. The pic angle isn’t great for seeing body shape. And BJG (per standard and in my experience) should have some horn (brown) color on the beak, which I don’t see here. So, overall it’s not likely a BJG, or could be mixed.
