July 2015 Hatch A Long HAL

We have 1 hatched in the incubator, 1 pipped, 1 currently zipping and 1 doing nothing. It'll probably be a sleepless night...

It's been 24 hours since the 1st pip, 12 hours since the second pip.  No new pips since.  Do you still think there's a chance?

Incidentally, the two smallest eggs pipped first.  Is this a a thing?

I can only speak from the experience I've gained from this hatch, as it is my first. But my first chick hatched in the middle of the night last night and I've got one that just now decided to pip. And again, I didn't even see some of the pips of the chicks that have already hatched. They must have pipped on the other side of the egg, the side I can't see. Unless they were really that fast but I doubt it because I have been hovering all day. So I am thinking there is always the chance that they have pipped and are resting or have internally pipped and are resting. But I have no idea when you should call it. That is something for someone with way more experience to advise you on.

Ok. So my first chick that hatched will have been out for 24 hrs here in a little while. All three hatched chicks are dry. But I do have three pipped right now (four if you count the malpositioned one, but ... :( )
When do I move them to the brooder or should I at all with other eggs pipped?
I'm ok with waiting. (Even though I could then hold them and take photos and coo over them haha) I just want to make sure I make the right call.

Alright well I went ahead and moved the chicks because I needed to assist chick #4. She pipped, zipped... then nothing. She was kicking to get out but couldn't for some reason. So I chipped away the shell that was left (it wasn't much) in the zip line so she would have an easier time. No veins, no blood, nothing. So she finally kicked out and revealed why she was having a hard time. Her head was stuck to the shell. Thankfully it was the back of her head and not an eyeball or something. So the fix was relatively easy and she went back in the incubator to dry. She was freaked out for a min, flipping out in there. Understandable. That was a very rough start.
The only thing I am concerned about is how opening the incubator may have affected the other two pippers in there right now. But I added water to amp the humidity back up quickly and the incubator recovered pretty fast. One of the pippers is zipping now.
The chicks in the brooder are doing well. I dipped their beaks in the water and spread some of their food on paper towels and they began eating. Now they are chilling looking like chick pancakes laying out under the heat lamp haha

I don't think there's a perfect answer for when to stop waiting or when to move chicks. I moved my one so there was more room in the bator and because he was getting too loud near the bedrooms.

So I put my new eggs In the bator. I still have no pips in the 2 eggs I have in there but the 22nd day doesn't start till 2 pm. I really hope they make it tho.

It seems like Day 22 is more accurate than Day 21 for me. 1 hached yesterday. At least 3 pips/zipping today. All from eggs on Day 22. The other eggs start Day 22 @ 5:30 and the hatchers start Day 23.
