If you want their chickens you can get a better deal sometimes on rarebreedsauction.com They have Barthuhners taht are interesting.

Hey, it isn't being hard, it is fact. They publish the prices. I would love to have some of the chickens they have but, not in the budget. Our current flocks being feed comes first.

I can hear my sister screaming at me now when I call and ask if I can bring my incubators over to incubate some eggs I just bought because I cant pay the light bill

I just candled again, 3 out of my 7 were dead. Lockdown is Friday. 4 eggs left out of 12.

well jac I have four cochins hatched ,, set 9 tossed 4 clears and have one egg left in the hatcher day 23

I actually have one bator off and clean! The eggs in the other are all due the same day. I doubt I fire these up again. Next eggs I set will be in the new cabinet. My neighbor offered me jungle fowl eggs to do hatch runs with my new cabinet. If chicks hatch he will take them. If not he will keep supplying me with eggs!

Well its day 22 and I still have 12 eggs in the bator that aren't doing anything. The 25 chicks that did hatch are in the brooder and doing great. I'm kinda bummed though because none of my mother in law's eggs hatched, I really like her rooster and wanted some pretty chicks out of him.
