They all seem like good chickens I have never had lavender orpingtons but I am getting some buff orpingtons and have heard they can be sweet birds and lay well however I'm pretty sure they tend to go broody which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you want that. I just recently tried hatching some marans none of them hatched though which is probably because they were shipped and I lived so far away. They also lay beautiful dark brown eggs which I was excited to add to my egg basket.
I think well summers lay white eggs but I'm not sure i have never had them and don't know much about them. I have one black astrolorp and she is pretty sweet they lay a light brown egg. I like this kind and I ordered some more which should be coming around the 24th 
I have also heard salmon faveroles are really sweet birds I wanted to order these ones but they were all sold out 
they have ear muffs which are the fluffy things on their cheeks and they may have beards but I'm not sure about that. Blue Andalusians I think also lay white eggs also not sure about that, the only white egg layers I have liked so far are polishes which are the ones with top hats but that's not to say other chickens that lay white eggs aren't nice. I don't know anything about gold laced brahmas but if I were getting the eggs I would probably choose either the salmon faveroles or the black austrolorps that is just what I would do though.
