Just got the chicks - I'm concerned about one of them

The chicks are about a week old. We have 2 each of the buff orpingtons, barred rock, and auracana. One of the buff orpingtons has loose stools and is sitting more than the others. Is something wrong? Also, is panting a sign of distress?
