Yep.Do you separate her and those specific eggs?
I move her with fake eggs at night and make sure she's settled in tight...

Ah sorry I misunderstood, do you have eggs to be incubated in both nests is that what you mean?
If so how many eggs, can you not put both lots together or is there too many?
Yep.

They can see her. When you separate her, do you keep her where the flock can still see her, or do you have to reintroduce her?
They can see her.
I put up a temporary wall that sections off a 4x6' area of the coop,
it has a people door, a pop door, and a separate run....oh, and a floor nest.
I take the wall down about a week after hatch, there is definitely a 're-introduction' aspect as broody has to reestablish her place in the pecking order....it can be vicious, but usually of short duration. She and her chicks shelter and sleep in the floor nest and I set up a creep feed area so the chicks can eat in peace.
Usually it is best if the they can see each other if separated.
If for example you serrated her in the garage out of sight of the flock for say a couple of weeks, then you put her back in the flock, they don't see her as an old friend but a new girl then the pecking order starts.
So for example she was say number 2 or 3 in the pecking order, now she will be bullied in to being the bottom of the order, so it's best if they can see each other, because then she is still there so to speak.
Yep, I put chicks out here about a week after hatch, and have small openings in the wall so chicks can be integrated by 4-6 weeks.Awesome! That is sorta what I did when I got some new chicks.
