I still think it is a pullet --- the males have very messy crests compared to the females. I would expect that some birds could have more wattles than others.

I googled polish hens and lots have wattles like her.
slso the males look drastically different. They’re wild looking.

Great. Sometimes those little devils horns get hidden by the crest.

With a pullet, I'd be looking for a very flat comb with no obvious V poking out of the top.
