I honestly think that I get sick from most food because of what is put into them or what they are being fed.

I also like that I don't have to add extra salt when I am aging my meat in the fridge. I don't like that a lot of meats on the grocery store shelf have very high sodium because they add broth or salt. I think a lot of stuff tastes better without the salt.

Those bowls definitely are not good for you :lau I usually only eat half of it and I never even eat the chicken. They have a new one that has macaroni and cheese. I haven't tried it yet.

We have to go to the grocery store later because I have to make desserts and instant pot macaroni and cheese for tomorrow. I have none of the ingredients here. Of course my father text me today and tells me that he wants blueberry pie. So I'm making blueberry pie, apple crisp, and macaroni and cheese.

That makes sense!! A lot of the food now has so much crap in it. I try not to eat processed stuff anymore but even the meats they add stuff to or feed them carp

And yeah I agree!!! Sooooo much salt in everything!! Sugar too. And even the “low sodium” stuff still has way too much!!

Does grass fed and/or organic beef make you sick too??

and yeah the little chicken poppers probably are not healthy at all ha and probably mostly bread but so good.

Yeah any type of beef makes me really sick. I have an allergy to beef. I've stayed away from all meats but bird meats.

I'm so hungry waiting for DH to get home.

That sucks. :( I was wondering if maybe it was partially what they ate cause you had mentioned that but must just be an allergy? And that makes sense. Probably easier rather than figuring out your allergic to other stuff after you eat it. Are you allergic to fish too?

I ate some lunch, but I think I'm just hungry waiting and thinking about food.

I can eat fish, but I don't necessarily love it. I like clams.

I’m like always eating LOL

I’m eating a huge bowl of rice now but I’m starving cause I didn’t get to eat before. Well, I had two pieces of toast, a banana, and some applesauce, but that’s not enough for me. :lau especially since I took some Aleve with it.

Feeling much better now that I finally get to eat lol

I put boiled chicken and steamed kale in it but kinda burnt the kale :lau

Everything’s kinda cold and soggy now despite reheating it but I’m so hungry I’ll eat anything LOL

I’m so boring though. Literally only added salt and pepper. :lau

Although originally I was a little nauseous this morning hence the rice and chicken so didn’t want any spices or whatever to irritate it further but now I’m not anymore and feel fine but don’t really like many spices anyway :lau :oops:

And ah okay. I don’t really like fish either. In fact, I hate seafood. :lau I know, I know, sacrilegious for a New Englander :lau :oops:

I’ll eat some fish sometimes. I used to love it but now really don’t. Unless it’s fish sticks :lau :oops:

But I’ve been trying to more. I’ve gotten salmon a couple times out, including one time when I got it and lots of veggies instead of a country fried chicken platter :lau it was delicious and I even liked the asparagus and I normally don’t and the greens were good too. Trying to be healthier ha so anyway I’ll eat salmon sometimes and some white fish and I like canned tuna but ever since the food poisoning incident I am a little leery of eating fish or at least while out :lau

But I hate like lobster, shrimp, clams, oysters, calamari, etc. well, actually, never tried most of it. :lau :oops:

But what I have tried I hated haha

Mostly the texture.

Chilean sea bass and flounder are my favorites
 
Chilean sea bass is like a buttery yummy fish. Flounder is good fried.

I always think of Little mermaid if I have flounder :lau I don't eat fish much, but there is a week where my family stays at the beach so I usually take full advantage of the seafood.

I'm gonna have to try that!!

And that sounds like fun!!!
