Ken needs you, we need you, but we need you healthy also....... let Ken know that we are all praying for BOTH of you .... your man is a fighter and so are you..... now get back in that ring and throw a mighty left hook at anyhing in your way.....

Fight with the insurance....it will only get worse if we get this new insurance through the government, I feel.

I used to be an insurance claims adjuster and you would not believe how BAD they can be. Many times I thought who in the h*** we should dictate how, when and what the patient should have!! Good God! We are not doctors either and the staff only has a nurse in there that reviews all appealled documents and applications. She does not know everything but sure tries her best. I am glad I was GONE from that place even I enjoyed working there but its gotten bad all in the name of PROFIT!

HMOs are BAD too and my FIL could not get his cataract surgery done so now he has to go and apply for a loan for his surgery. UGH! I am not going to sit around and wait for the doctors and HMO staff to be pre-active instead of PRO active!

So Debbie, do not let Ken out of the hospital UNTIL they find the source of his problem! Heart or GI, get it alllllllllll checked out! Prayers sent!

I've been out of town and just saw this. Many more prayers coming from my neck of the woods.

We FINALLY saw the cardiologist and he insists that this episode is not heart related. What am I? STUPID??? He is having a CT scan done and the stress test redone, being released tomorrow, seeing his primary on Wednesday to get a referral to a DIFFERENT cardiologist.

On top of that, Ken's childrens mother (I use the term loosely) barged into our house today. Thankfully my son was home!!!! She is a strung out drugged out mess and has dillusions that her and Ken are still together. 5 minutes after my son threw her out she calls Ken and says she is in a town about 90 minutes away.
