Pot would be the biggest, coke maybe , but thats out after 3 days unless hair test. But would get the hard coke user like crack smokers.

What I have seen , those on wefare I know they smoke pot daily. been on it for years, Now their children have started.

Nope. But it tests positive for coke.
Advil tests positive for THC.
Dextromathorphan (cough syrup) tests positive for opiates.

I don't think it's fair for the working people either. But they're more likely to be able to fight it. Try reading the other posts in the thread to understand the problem with false positives. Good night.

I agree this law would certainly claim popularity with some, and it would defiantly catch a few drug users. Yes, it would. But, tell me, would it be worth it in the long run? For the innocent people it most assuredly will affect? The innocent ones I fear for. I would not be happy to see even ONE single innocent person victimized by this law. Nope, not worth it to me......

Ok make a retest in a week ,then they can lay off the cold med or etc.....pot will be in their body for months

I'd like to read the whole bill.. see what they plan to do with folks that claim they got a false positive? Maybe they can keep their benefits until they fight it out?
