Oh no! I keep extra tp right next to the potty!! Dad is the one that gets to run out! I guess if he would buy some, then he could keep it in his own bathroom!

Times like those are when your lovely children get to see just how LOUD their mama can be...then get the horrific sight of seeing mama on the potty waiting for the fresh tp!!

I usually do keep an extra in the cupboard in that room - this was the extra roll. They put it out and didn't replace it in the cupboard.

Sometimes I wonder why I didn't just have "the rules for living nicely in my house" tattooed on their cute little tushies when they were born.

Well, considering they are boys, they would probably never have seen it there!

They aren't separated(used to be til I put everyone in the big house for Winter), they just don't hang out with the rest of the flock. And the only one they ever let near them is the male Millie everyone else they either fight or run from. Those 3 were very antisocial with the rest of the flock so I'm 99% positive they would be pure, unless Laynes one other Millie that he had before these 3 came along was laying too(she didn't hang with them) and then there's no telling who the daddy is on that cause I've never seen anyone mate her. But by the black line on the head of one of yours I can take a guess if it's just a little short black line not connected to the rest of the back coloring. Little Man.

OH YEAH...Your farm is here, that was super quick, seems like last night we bought it.

I honestly haven't really looked for that. One of the pics looks like that one is, but I don't know. When I went out earlier they were all outside the cage driving Gertie crazy, so maybe tomorrow I can catch them and get a better look.

Yeah they were hanging around the cage, just got a bit spooked when we went out there. I need to do something, cause she's not coming out! She left her last chicks at only 4 weeks old, and I'm afraid she'll do the same with these. Gretta (the game hen) has gotten her 2 or 3 week old to roost with her in the rafters at night, it's been doing it for about a week now! But she almost never leaves the barn. I can't see Gertie doing that. Plus her and Gretta don't get along very well, so Gretta (being bigger) would probably run Gertie and her brood outside. Dad has me worried about them being so close to Horton. He (Horton) always has visitors, Gretta and her itty-bitty, and Gretchen and her 3 girls, and he doesn't seem to bother them, but the little ones always have their mama's with them.

I just noticed I have to many 'G' named hens!

I also just noticed that there is no way that chick of Gretta's is 2 or 3 weeks old!! It was here when you brought those eggs!

Ok, Meri, how many baby ducks you gonna brood for me?
lau.gif
I have 3 eggs in the bator that are definitely developing, plus Jenny is going to send me some more!! Then I am getting 12 cayuga and rouen duck eggs. I think they will be mostly cayuga, but still there are 12!!! And I'm getting some jumbo coturnix quail eggs as well. I hope my money gets here soon...I need some cages!!
