The killing station from a couple weeks ago when I processed birds for someone else.
I chop the head and then drop them immediately into the cone works great. I really want to try the slice which is why I bought the knife.

the slice has seemed to work best for us on the turkeys.....but we used that method on the chickens too......just a little more difficult to get through the feathers
