Hmmm... looks like the cat did it.

I just gave grimy boy a bath.
"Grimy Boy" is getting BIG - but he is SO Gorgeous ...

But, OUR kitties would never do that ... OUR kitties are protectors:

No, I take that back ... Hana would do it in a heartbeat, just to see what happened when her "brothers" got into trouble. I swear, there's a reason why we call female cats "Queens!"

Maybe this is a dumb question but... 😐 Why do you need makeup a) in the bloom of youth and b) in the dark??? :lau I'm old and some peeps might think, "Geez! Why doesn't she paint that barn?" but I don't. I can never remember to put it on. 🤷‍♀️
Cause I look like a read maggot.

With blond hair I get blonde lashes too. Nearly see through 🤣

Usually it's just a bit of mascara and maybe some concealer if I need it. That's pretty much it. Eyeshadow is fun to do different colors
Why try? If the power is out, nobody will see what you look like anyways. (Just stay inside)
We were going to look at more houses but its rainy. The power went out so we're going to have dinner with our grandparents

from day one with the rescue and adopted kiddos I instituted a "pinky taste" for something new and the 'little serving' of this or that. The little serving was typically something they have had before but, it wasn't "a hit with them" so the size was approx a heeping tbsp 'at most'.
Rescue kids, do you have any idea how awful that sounds?

Go date a US Marine! 👲 or a 💂‍♂️?
Been There ... Done That ... I spent my 18th BD at West Point, as the guest of my Best Friend's brother. I spent my 21'st at the Naval Academy with another friend and her fiance. I've spent time in both sides of the stands at Army/Navy games ... and both were pretty cool! I actually came very close to marrying a Middie, but the Marines' and the Seals' had to have him, first. He was never the same again. PTSD really did a number on him. He's so "lost" that it's hard for him to carry on a conversation. It's so sad!
Still, I live near a big Army base & volunteer with the HS Marching Band at out local VFW, so who knows? I'd date military again in a heartbeat. They're good, solid people ... well, except for my Seal buddy - but there were extenuating circumstances, there.

Or a Scout! I made sure ALL of my boys could cook, sew and mend. They didn't do a bad job of keeping their tents straight, either (but they could never convince their parents of that!) If they didn't sew on their own patches, they had to take them off and do them again, themselves ... under the "direction and guidance" of their patrol leader. That only happened a handful of times, and our PL's were REALLY cool about it. It was a "Teachable Moment" not an "Embarrassment" one!

Yeah, the navy can mess you up. Way out at sea especially, it's like being quarantined for as long as you're in the military.

My dad was in the Air Force for 20 years, my mom did 4, and my grandpa was in the Army. Lots of our family and friends are in the military. Not a lot of people can understand what it's like so it's nice to know people that do.
