I just got them today and I just candled to make sure there are no cracks.
They are perfect.
I am going to add daily pics here:
Quail Hatch
 
I finally got the windows covered with hardware cloth. Only thing left is locks for the doors.
Left, back and right side:

Looks pretty secure, I'm excited your quail are gonna hatch soon!

You may want to clean up the edges of the hardware cloth so there aren't as many pointy ends sticking out, my quail sometimes pace along the side of the cage, I'm worried your quail might get snagged or cut on those points.

I'm thinking I might cover the edges with wood.
