Good job on killing those birds, Muddy!!! I like to pluck and gut, and then rest/chill, in that order. I don't know how much that matters. Looks like your new kill method is exactly the same as mine.

We always pluck gut and rest but saw more than 1 using this new to us technique for dux and since we have the walk-in cooler vs winter weather, we decided to try it cooler is a little warmer than we like it but still 37-39*
