Kefir is yummy, but Kombucha tastes like vinegar. Can't get into it.

Tibicos, I had to search to find out the name of this stuff my mom is busy with. But it goes by "water kefir"

Little mushroom guys that float from the top to the bottom in water with hard sugar from the Mexican market.

I think it tastes nasty, but I guess you can mix with stuff to make a vegan soda with probiotics in it.

I gave my friend a mushroom and before long she had alot, she kept them in a contaner in the fridge. Well on day her sister and her hubby and son went to check on her home while she was gone, and check the fridge and saw what they thought was lunch meat.Yep made them a sandwhich with the works. they sat down bit into them and all the mushrooms came out. they couldn't bite them much less tear then so sis decided they were spoild and threw themout (ALL)
