Kristen’s Chickens and Farming Ventures

Good morning Kris :frow

Bob's story is certainly worth the read. Way more exciting than mine.
You know, I never meant to do that. I wanted to support you was all but retelling the story has turned out to be a good thing for us I think. I know you have a long journey ahead of you but you can make it. One step at a time. You know how to reach me if I can help in any way.

I certainly enjoyed your story and found it encouraging. I truly appreciate the support. Combat was less stressful.

Hi everyone, yes I’ve been pretty busy lately... with the various little things that have to get done... FIL’s illness, and the usual farming stuff. I don’t mean to be so absent, but life just keeps getting in the way.

@rjohns39 I hope you’re ok? Really worried I’ve missed something big that happened here. All my love and support to you and if you can point me in the direction of the catch up or PM me if you need anything. :hugs

Thanks for sharing your story @BY Bob and I’m glad you and Mrs are ok and have recovered from that horrible accident and that you have done so well.

:hugs :hugs :hugs @rjohns39 :hugs:hugs:hugs

keeping Sue in my prayers for a smooth recovery, I’m glad that you’re there for her (sneak in good food for her everytime you can, it helps) With your love and support I’m sure she will be well again soon. I’ve heard that women’s brains recover faster and better from strokes. Take care of yourself as well, I remember when my mum was in hospital in 2017 I would spend all day there with her, and it is physically and emotionally taxing.

:hugs :hugs :hugs It is so exhausting... I get home after the 1 1/2 drive and I'm toast. But she's getting better every day. Today they gave her a walker and she took a spin around the room. Today marks day 16 that she's been on the ICU floor. Hopefully sometime tomorrow she'll move to rehab.

ETA: Maybe I should just start cooking for her and bringing it in. Then she can have good food.
