KY Powerball 193 mil.... what would you do if you won?

So here's 'the' list
#1 get a lawyer and have an anonymous corporation drawn up to accept the winnings.
#2 get an accountant to handle everything that is going to need to be handled. In my case that means calling my mom and asking her if she's ready to retire from her CMA job.
#3 pay off EVERYTHING
#4 Pay off mom's EVERYTHING
#5 Set up trust funds for the MIL, Sis, Bro, Nieces, Nephews and not worry about anything else relating to them.
#6 Buy a ranch
#7 Build a green house, complete with solar power, solar water heater, water runoff storage, etc...
#8 Build a stable and a bigger coop.
#9 buy more property and set up an animal shelter
#10 become self sufficient.

Now all I have to do is actually BUY a lottery ticket

I would raise lots of rare and/or beautiful chicken breeds and give them perfect chicken coops! They would eat the highest quality feeds and I would sell my fabulous birds to worthy people! That would be fun.

Well of course my farm would be self-sustaining! Wind turbine, solar, green construction.... you name it! And I would grow my own food and meat too; and attempt to process all of it myself.

There is a property along the river just up the road. 80 acres. I would purchase that, and plant grapes on about 70 acres, make 5 acres an orchard of various fruits, heavy on plums and apples, spend about 3 acres on livestock, and build a house on the last 2 acres.

Pay of my mother's house, my sister and my best friend's student loans, buy about 6 other people a nice car. Send my mother in law on at least a month long trip to Europe. Set up college funds for my kid and my sister's kids. Get an awesome piano teacher for my best friend's daughter, and something of equivalent worth for her son when he finds something he loves.

Pick a person totally at random and pay for them 4 years of college. If I can invest the money well, do that every year or so.

Go to the Smithsonian and the Louvre. Always wanted too, haven't had the opportunity yet. Do the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Carlsbad, and Everglades right.

Got to a restaurant that charges $100+ a dish. Bring a few friends. See what all the fuss is about.

Take my husband on the perfect vacation. Golf in Scotland, food in Ireland, museums in Britain, tracing family in Germany, visiting a castle in France and eating at least one snail.

Spoiling my kid just the right level of rotten, where the flavor is enhanced but no spoilage incurs. Probably will involve getting him a horse and making him clean the stale.

it actually isn't that expensive to do, I may do that for christmas presents this year. Better than a "thing" that they will smile at and pretend to like

Exactly. His friends/clients get ugly sweaters, golf bags too small, "greatest dad" stuff... etc. Ours gets a reminder he raised girls who care for people not things, makes us all happy.

I like, also how it doesn't take a lot of money to do that charity. Some of them you can even "share" part of a gift for just 10 bucks.

I would love to think that I could help someone be empowered and live better for a measly 20 bucks.

I know my sister would love a gift like that.

I was looking over the options, maybe a Hope Basket for my sister... rabbits and chickens.

I read somewhere that some of the "better off" folks in Haiti are the ones who raise rabbits - because they reproduce so quickly and they can sell extras and eat them, also.

beats the heck out of eating a dirt cookie for dinner

Tithe
House
School for kids
New tires on my car
Cruise Alaska
Buy furniture that I WANT, not afford

Then, quit my job and volunteer in children's hospitals to care for kids while their parents work. SOOOO many parents cannot afford to take time off work while their kids are sick.

PS - my mom's house is paid for and my brother is rich. They can handle themselves.

The FUSS is all about too little food and the other people that frequent those places. Been there done that. Not worth it - go find a hole in the wall place and treat 50 people to a good meal for the same price.
