Here I set. 6:24 pm.. Just went out to feed, I checked my 2 Cochin pullets.. Each had a runny nose, no cough, no smell, no gargling, nothing except a runny nose. I have lost birds to CRD in the past that had to be put down, these birds were clean and there was no way they could have gotten it.. Im so scared.. I love these birds, raised them from babies. I cant keep sick birds though, idk whats wrong.... Im praying they are okay and nothing is wrong. But I cant help to worry... If they are sick I think I might kiss chickens goodbye. I dont have the money to get new ones.. I guess im just venting..

Hey guys, I hate to intrude on ya'lls thread but my friend and I have started raising LF Cochins, she lost her big Splash rooster to a dog and wanted a replacement. Against my better judgement and advice, she bought a Blue rooster as a replacement and he's quite ill (as was a lot of the birds there due to one guy bringing 430 of them) and she thinks she's definitely going to lose him (hasn't eaten since she got him nor pooped and she's had him since Sunday and he's mostly bones) So, I'm looking for her a replacement and one to replace my hatchery rooster, she wants the biggest one she can find.. anyone near TN have any for sale that will get big? It's such a shame she lost her original rooster! Thanks! If you have one for sale you can PM me, I may forget to check back here!

Get you some Tylosin Soluble Powder, give for three days and it will clear them up.
