Large lump under eye

Does anyone know what this is? No signs of any other other issues and seems perfectly healthy otherwise. Lump is getting larger.

There are some bubbles inside the eyelid, so it could be a sinus infection, possibly from mycoplasma (MG.) Hard to know without testing. Rarely there could be a tumor, or an infection from a peck wound. You can apply some Terramycin or plain Neosporin to the eye after cleaning it with saline. I would try some Tylosin in the water for 5 days if possible. I usually find it at Jedds.com for $39, but it is sold out. Here is another place more expensive:
