I have a polish roo that i found just layinf face down he doesnt really even want to pick his head up seems like he has no energy trys to sand but cant just noticed green runny poop can anyone help PLEASE

The neck outstretched lying on the ground with green, loose droppings sounds like botulism to me. If you can get the bird to drink, mix a tablespoon of Epson salts to 1/2 cup of water and get as much as you can down the birds throat. I used soft aquarium tubing attached to a syringe and gently pushed it about an inch past the back of the throat. Then gently inject it and it goes straight to the crop. Do it twice a day and if it isn't too late, the bird should be back on its feet in 2-3 days. I sure hope he can be helped. Good luck my friend.

Ive used some water with electrolytes and some other water with sulmet if u pick him up and put him down he will kinda stand for a minute and then just lay down

I am confused, did the vet make a mistake or can one have Mareks and botulism because of poor body condition?

And is there any way he may have bonked his head?
Polish, as well as Silkies, are very prone to head trauma, because of the vaulted skulls.
Any other roos he may be fighting with?
