I am happy to hear that. I got them from littlemanpoultry.com. I actually drove over an hour to pick them up at the farm. The pullets had to be pick up,but I believe they ship eggs and maybe chicks.

Since this thread has popped up, we determined at 12 weeks that all my chicks are blue -- because even the lightest-colored ones have some amount of lacing.

This is the back of my "blue not-Australorp." She was supposed to be a Blue Aus, but has yellow bottoms on her feet. So I thought, Blue Jersey Giant. But with this shredding, does that mean she's a lavender Orp crossed with a JG of some color?

LOs don't have yellow feet that I have seen.

She's kinda got the lacing so she could just be a weird shreddy Australorp, one of my black Australorp rooster has green feet but it could be different with black ones.

I have not, but that sounds like a good idea. I need more and better pictures first.
