I learned today that with my new wood heater if you want to be warm in the morning you had better get up during the night and through on a log. Burr it was cold this morning.

No dought, all the years experience making fires while camping is coming in handy. I have a pile of lighter wood. I learned years ago having lighter wood is a good thing!!!!!!

Today I learned that my game roos were a lot tougher and braver than I thought they were and also a 12 gauge shotgun being fired from the doorway of the house is E X T R E M E L Y L O A D. lol

Yesterday I learned that at 51, I still like catching snowflakes on my tounge and blowing bubbles to celebrate minor victories (like filling a kiln!).
