He looks lemon blueISH but is probably mixed colors. If you breed him you will might get a hint to what color he has in his mix. He's a beautiful looking rooster but you will get unexpected results breeding him if you are looking to get lemon blues. The chicks might be a variety of colors which are fun to hatch.

He's spent to much time in the sun this summer, hope he molts soon. His color looks almost like chocolate milk right now.

Sure. SierraView has auctioned hers in the spring, keep an eye on the egg auctions and you can sometimes get some really nice bloodlines. And some not so nice ones show up there also, so it is worth checking them carefully - some of the "lemon blues" are actually not. Especially the large fowl ones, since brown reds in LF are so scarce.
