Do you do what I do and get mad that they're not accurate, lol? Like, in terms of the raptors, the species name not even being right?

I do like the 'fix' they put in Jurassic World in having Dr. Wu say that they are nothing like real dinosaurs because he was asked to create scary monsters, not real dinosaurs. So at least there's that.

Yeah, the fix was good. I'd honestly like to see a cute lil danger chicken. I doubt they will since I'm assuming Jurassic World 3 is the finale. Unless they decide they made enough money to start a 3rd trilogy about realistic ones.
The velociraptor thing really does drive me nuts though, it would've been much better if they just called it a raptor, or a utahraptor if they really needed a specific name.
Really, they should've just made up names for all the dinosaurs since they aren't fully "purebred".

I marathoned all the Jurassic Park movies before I watched the new one. I liked it, but now I have to admit my girls kinda remind me of the velociraptors. So it creeps me out a bit when I turn my back and they sneak up on me.

I really see it in them! When I see one of my roosters in a dead run, it just screams "I used to be a deadly carnivore".
My Houdans definitely think they've still got it in them, those things bite HARD. They'll even twist their head trying to rip off chunks. Evil things!

I saw Jurassic World in the theater after I got chickens and when they show the raptors running around together I leaned over to my SO and whispered “We have dinosaurs running around in the side yard.”

I wore my "I raise tiny dinosaurs" shirt to the movie I'm pretty sure nobody understood it but me, that's okay though.

Sorry it took so long to post drawings again! Got really busy with life for a bit, I've even neglected BYC as a whole :/ now hopefully things should get back on track!

I totally agree, making it a chore and feeling like you owe us will probably have an opposite effect on you. Post what you want, draw what you want. I'm pretty sure I speak for all of us when I say that we are happy when you are happy and healthy! If that means you take time for yourself and leave this by the wayside or even if you never draw a chicken again. We are here for you!
That being said, you are very talented! They all came out so well!
