I have a 5 week old golden laced Wyandotte chick. Up until this morning she has been thriving. However, this morning she seemed lethargic and not interested in eating/exploring. She stood off alone for a while and went back under the warmer which is unusual when they’re out in the coop. I massaged her crop and while doing so she regurgitated water. I used a dropper to give a little olive oil as I thought maybe there was something stuck. I isolated her the remainder of the morning so I know this poo is hers. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Thank you!!

Sounds like her crop is not emptying. Check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight. Read the article to determine her treatment. In younger chicks like this I would also consider treating for Coccidiosis in addition to treating the crop. Corid can be found at TSC in the cattle section. Liquid Corid dose is 2 tsp and Powdered Corid dose is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
