Lethargic Hen Not Eating, Laying, and has Maggots in Feathers

It would be great to control the fly population in your area to prevent too many maggots. We have had lots of flies here, so two of our hens have had flystrike over the past few months. :)

I really need to elimatate any open water collecting items. It seems to be good breeding grounds for gnats and flies! I have tubs in my yard just collecting water.....

I am going to add some vitamins and electrolytes to her drinking water what do you recommend?
I suppose it wouldn't hurt to give some supplements. Like @JNC mentioned, electrolyte packets are very useful. If you don't have it, though, you could still use other natural supplements, such as honey, in the water.

If possible, can you get some photos?
My camera is still not working but I will explain this. Try to picture a bump that is red that is sticking out about 2 centimeters and the bump is round it has an indent like hole forming in the middle where the clear fluid is coming from.
Does that help you picture it better? Without a camera I have to do the best I can at explaining things!😁
