Thanks!!! My dewlap boy just finished hatching out and is as strong as can be! The other egg has started zipping, but I can't see color of beak yet. The suspense is killing me.... can't get ready to leave for work until I know it's hatched ok and whether it is a girl or boy.

Ha ha- I am having that right now too! Please be buff, please be buff!

I have two internal pips!! Wont be long my lil gosling wont be lonely. Im crossing fingers and praying nothing goes wrong with these last 3. I cant handle anymore loss in one week.

ALSO... I have my 12 duck eggs in with these goose eggs. My other incubator is full. I put the internally pipped eggs in strawberry containers to keep them from bumping into my ducks, the ducks are due May 2nd. With this staggered hatch, what about lockdown? I still have to turn my duck eggs.

Any way you can squeeze your duck eggs back in the other incubator until the geese are done hatching? Maybe take your turners out so more eggs fit?

What a lovely group of goslings you've got there, you must be over the moon. How did the Dewlap Toulouse eggs progress and what did you hatch?

Love the last sequence of pictures with those goslings thoroughly enjoying the water, they look so active and healthy

THX everyone! ~ Last night was their first whole nite outdoors! Woke up this morning & they were already out playing in the mud puddle & the grass! I have a lady who wants to buy 4-5 girls from me. But I feel like Golem

My 2 white African (crackers) dewlaps ended up being colored & not white when hatched..... So they must be a 1/2 n 1/2 ~ How does that work now? Will get pics.

My Fattie Dewie hatched fine, he is big & Male! All fluffed up in the brooder, with Miss Peanut African.
So all 4 hatched & are doing great!

But it seems Utah keeps hatching the boys & me the girls ! Maybe we will change roles ??? 4 girls & 2 boys!

So I have hatched these out of my precious Utah eggs ~ 3 girl African Peanut Dewies, 1 African Peanut Boy, 2 White African ? (1 boy & 1 girl) , and 1 Fattie Dewie Boy !

I have 1 Pom boy & 1 Sebbie Girl that I just cannot seem to let go!

I need to get off the couch & take pics.... But this HORRIBLE PLAGUE my kids brought home from school is kickin my arse!

My next dewlap baby is currently zipping and is another boy. The other dewlap baby is not to far behind, but not sure if boy/girl yet. It's so hard to not open bator to peel the broken shell off to see what color its beak is..... but I'm trying to be patient.

My 3rd dewlap is 3/4 done zipping and apparently I have a knack for hatching boys...... since all 3 are grey. I have 3 more dewlap eggs due to hatch in 3-4 days.... do you think one could be a girl? Sheesh!

Mom was cleaning their brooder. This is a welsh harlequin from my last hatch and the gosling. Two more pips yesterday. Hopefully they will hatch by the end of the day.

Could i lay them on top of the eggs in the other bator? Would that hurt anything? I dont have any turners, i do it the old way. i have 23 goose eggs in it, they are just huge.

I have heard of alot of peeps stacking eggs in their bator, I have never done it though
