Can you set your eggs to grams we would know better than of size.

Last knight two of our eggs started rocking in the incubator. I am hoping for them to hatch all the way!!!

Mine did the rocking. Then stopped for a day, then pipped the next day. That still period in between was scary!

Goose and fig I know that this is part of the process but it is so hard to not open that incubator and check the eggs when they stop rocking!!!!!!

But I know better now. The internally pip first and then go into chipping away at the shell.
When they were rocking I called my grandson James to come in and see something. He came and I said walk slowlyb ecause if you run the eggs will rock. So he came slowly and he got to see a second eggs rock and then the first one too. He likes my geese. Right now the adults are getting him into shape chasing them around to get the brats in their pens. I told him my geese will get you back into shape for next month to go to CA to see if he will get into another movie.

Thank you J.... I promise I will get pictures of the goslings when they hatch. These will be from our beautiful Ginger and Hanna our grey SB girls and one is from Nesie our smooth breasted white.

Ruru, I'm looking forward to it! My first gosling isn't scheduled to hatch until next Thursday, so I'm loving the pics from the lucky ones that are already hatching.

I am also excited that I set my 1st 5 buff dewlap eggs today!

J that is just awesome that you set your first 5 Buff eggs!!! I can hardly wait until one day I have Buff sebastopols and hatch my owno ut. But right now that is not going to happen because I lost my smooth breasted girl as all on here know. I was so excited about having her and my dreams went bye bye when she got electricuted by chewing on the wire of the heated bucket.

I will be excited to see your buff colored goslings hoping that you get them!!!

I have never hatched a goose, so I need this thread!
