Let's plan a Quail egg hatch... set 'em Sept. 1, hatch 'em Sept 17-19+

i like my hovas just fine, go for that you'll have it sooner as a bonus!

So I've come to the conclusion i am weak lol, I think i will collect eggs from 2 specific hens that i want to make sure i have goo breeders for in the spring lol. the golden go knows what hen (think I'll breed it to a normal?, and the large rosetta hen, she has a tendancy to lay double yolkers so its hard to know for sure how many i can get. should be a small brood, I should be able to brood it ok... see what you people have done to me?! I'm a hatch-a-holic lolha.

I only have 1 of each hen so i would hate to have them expire over winter and end up back to square 1 lol, thats my justification and i'm sticking to it lol

Yeah I was trying to find one cheeper than that but no luck, so it looks like birthday time for me. So should I get a .22 or .17 for Christmas now

If you dont have a 22 already, well, ya got to have a 22 man.... but if ya already have a good 22, a 17 is a neat little gun. Bill

Well the .22 isnt as good for groundhog as a .17 the .22 is a little more close range and well the .17 is a little farther range.... How about I just use my 308

I think one is a Marlin not sure about the other. I can remember hearing them talk about it at the beagle club meeting hahaha
