Let's Play The Oregon Trail (Picture heavy)

So, after a few days of uneventful prancing, we come across the Big Blue River! 3 guesses why it's called that, first 2 don't count.

I love the dead trees in the background.

Anyway, the river is 4.7 feet deep in the middle. Do we:

1. FORD IT?
2. Caulk and float?
or 3. Wait to see if conditions improve?

Ember, I honestly don't know.

...Are you totally sure about fording? ...Okay fine! Let's go! Ford the Big Blue River!

Better than nothing, I suppose. But still, we only have 1 ox!

Thank the great Reploid in the sky! We can buy new oxen, more food, sell old clothes and stuff! Only 120 miles to go!

...Only 120 miles to go...

Already, Ember?

We're prancing at 6 miles a day! This isn't good...

Well, why not? It's a good idea to honor the dead, and it reflects well on you! Plus, it's a gravestone. Maybe it's haunted!

Ah, poor Andy. All he ever wanted was to deliver that pizza. Truly a hero among our time... His epitaph is also thought provoking. "Peperony and chease" shall go down in the history books as not only a quote to live by, but also as a summary, nay, the embodiment of the rewarding, yet so treacherous and dangerous Oregon Trail. *holds hat*

Anyway, after that pointless stop, we prance some more! Whee~

Oh no, what ever shall we do?

21169_oh_you.png

Ember, how do you keep racking up injuries like this?!

21169_ohmy.png

What. But either way, after all of those trials and tribulations, we finally reach Fort Kearney, where names are weird to pronounce!

And we get to see a few facial features, although they're sparse... Nice mustache, by the way!

Ember, we'll go hunting soon.
