Lets talk about goats!

OK did some research about this it's not enough in the loose minerals.

I give a half bolous to youngsters starting at 6 months old then a full one at a year. My area is very deficient in copper so I have to do it ever three months. Start out at every six months and if they get a nasty hair coat that won't shed in the spring, or get fish tail, then go to every 3 to 4 months. Fish tail is when the hairs on the end of the tail fall out and the end of the tail has the appearance of a fish tail shape.

yeah the lady I got Buck my buck from said every six months or twice a year. So I do that she not far from me.

All goats can be nasty or sweet. It's all in how you raise them. Get them young and don't ever let them jump or climb on you. Also do not play with their heads or grab their horns cause it leads to head butting. And when you feed, don't let them get pushy.
