One of my grandmother's is the same way. She was like 'every girl has at least one girl friend. I've got three close ones!'

lol. My dad calls my best friend my “girlfriend “, so kind of same thing. Guess I need to start dropping hints.

I am not going to complain about pictures! 😆 but I more meant what breed, are the silky or not, etc. I think chances are if they are normal feathered Serama that aren't related to silky feathered ones they won't carry the gene. I might be wrong though somebody who knows the breed better will have a better idea of how common the gene is in the breed
Oh. Sorry I'm stupid so I didn't realize the question.
They're just normal Seramas.

I'm getting a bit ticked off at myself. I can't figure out what could be wrong with my cat.
Nyx has seen the vet twice already due to her not using the litter box but nothing health related is wrong. Tests were run, nothing.
It's not because we changed the litter. I already checked that.
The litter boxes are changed daily.
Nothing has changed in the house to cause her stress that I know of.

What am I missing?

I know nothing about cats, but I hope you find your answer :hugs

How old is she? What type of boxes do you have? What size of box? How many of them? Is she the only cat? Where is she going? (In one place, multiple places, near the boxes, somewhere enclosed, etc), do you have a cat flap/can another cat get into your house? Are the litter boxes by a window where she can see out?

Sorry for the long list of questions 😅I am hoping it will help work out what's going on!

One of my cats was repeatedly going close to one of the litter boxes, only at night! We ended up putting a motion sensor nightlight up, no more accidents :lau
