How old is she? What type of boxes do you have?What size of box? How many of them? Is she the only cat? Where is she going? (In one place, multiple places,near the boxes, somewhere enclosed, etc), do you have a cat flap/can another cat get into your house? Are the litter boxes by a window where she can see out?

Sorry for the long list of questions I am hoping it will help work out what's going on!

One of my cats was repeatedly going close to one of the litter boxes, only at night! We ended up putting a motion sensor nightlight up, no more accidents

My dad ended up putting a new litter box in the spot she was peeing in and now she's using it
I stared at her with a 'wtf' face
She was peeing on the floor for a few weeks and now she's actually using the litter box again
It's still sus so I'll be keeping an eye on her

Broody hen decided she needed to attack me just because I was too close to the nesting box. All I was doing was fixing a few of the roosting branches.
Her doing that set Scout off and he started clucking but remained on his roosting branch.

Ah, most people would be very pissed if that happened. I see it as a sign of a devoted broody; she can peck my face off for all I care, as long as she hatches those chicks! It's also very positive to see that Scout is aware of the nest, and that one of his girls is broody, and is taking an active role in caring for her

Not 'officially'. I have my own personal beliefs and they fall in line closer to those though.
